Women’s Jiu Jitsu/Self Defense & Strength & Conditioning Program

Join our Jiu Jitsu/ Self Defense program and leave our building feeling stronger, more confident and equipped with the skills to defend yourself!

Each class begins with 30 minutes of technical instruction followed by optional sparring and finishing off with a total body circuit utilizing bodyweight and kettlebells. All experience levels welcome!

Guaranteed to have an amazing workout in a fun environment!

Every Monday 7p, Wednesday 7p, and Saturday 10a.
