Women’s Self Defense/ Small Group Strength & Conditioning

Join our Women’s Self Defense program and leave our building feeling stronger, more confident and equipped with the skills to defend yourself!

Learn self defense on the feet in our kickboxing class on Monday evenings complimented by our attacker scenario Jiu Jitsu techniques on Wednesday evenings & Saturday mornings.

Each class begins with 30 minutes of HIIT (high intensity interval training) tailored to all experience levels with use of kettlebells for the more experienced.
