Little Ninjas 3-4yo
In our 30-minute Little Ninja class your child develops Strength and Conditioning through drills and games, learn the fundamentals of jiu jitsu, practice respect and discipline and gain confidence while developing self-defense skills utilizing the most applicable martial art
Mighty Mites 5-7yo
In our 45-minute Mighty Mite class your child will develop Strength and Conditioning through drills and games, learn the fundamentals of jiu jitsu, practice respect and discipline and gain confidence while developing self-defense skills utilizing the most applicable martial art,
Kids Class 8-15yo
In our 45-minute kids class your child will develop Strength and Conditioning, learn jiu jitsu techniques of varying difficulty, practice respect and discipline and gain confidence while developing self-defense skills utilizing the most applicable martial art
FAQ
What are the differences between the classes?
In our Little Ninja class, the children are there to have fun while learning some fundamental jiu jitsu. There is less focus on discipline and more games are played.
The Mighty Mites are held to a higher behavioral standard as we continue to build on the fundamentals of jiu jitsu through drills and games. In this class there is more drilling and less game played. Sparring is incorporated into each class
The kids’ class is held to the highest behavioral standards while still having fun. Respect and discipline are continuously practiced. Varying levels of jiu jitsu are taught through drilling and sparring. Exercises are more difficult yet fun and guaranteed to improve your child’s strength and conditioning.
